After our chat, the first 1-Hour Session is where we will dig deeper to define your goals, check out your current level, and I’ll give you some great exercises and tips you can start using immediately.
In each Session, you’ll receive one-on-one guided attention, with customized workout and habit building plans, based on your goals and needs.

Using technology, you can get quality individualized Fitness & Wellness Training from the comfort of your room. All you need is a phone or computer, and an internet connection, and we’re off!
With At Home Training, you get the benefits of a Personal Trainer with the comfort of your own home. I will come to your living space.

For those who prefer Personal Training in a gym environment, sessions are also available out of a great private fitness center.
