For a while now, I’ve been looking for a good healthy alternative to ice cream. I helped my father open up an ice cream store nine years ago, and I have been working there ever since, making and serving the creamy, heavenly goodness. It’s one of the things I miss the most while on this diet. Every dairy-free recipe I’ve come across, such as those which use bananas or coconuts, are still very high in sugar and carbohydrates.
