Getting started in your Fitness Journey is possibly the hardest part. There is just so much out there to know and learn about this whole other part of life. Maybe you’ve never really thought about exercise or working out, but you’ve been feeling a little overwhelmed lately, and you read somewhere that exercise might help with all the stress and general unhappiness that you don’t really know why you’ve been feeling. But just the thought of The Gym only stresses you out more. How do you know where to begin? How do you know you’re even ready? Should you start with changing other things first, like a diet, and then work your way up to the gym? What do you do?

Another year for Protein and Produce, and big changes have come as usual. Here’s how I did on my 2013 New Years Resolutions, and my new ones for 2014.

Boston

Another year for Protein and Produce, and big changes have come as usual.

The first four months I was still backpacking in India, after which I took a few weeks to recover and get back to life in America.  Next, I took up some fun jobs to enjoy myself, try new things, and get closer to finding my passion.  Following my streak of taking leaps of faith, I moved to Boston for a great job and new take on travel.  I’ve since started back on my path of healthy living, and this new life will surely inspire more writing.

So after New Year’s Resolutions 2012, let’s see how I did with my New Year’s Resolutions 2013. Continue reading “New Year’s Resolutions 2014”
