I’m Aylon Pesso, a Small Business Owner & Consultant in New York.
I started Pesso’s Ices & Ice Cream in Bayside, NYC, with my father in 2004, and have been running it with him ever since.
As a Small Business Owner for the last 16+ Years, I’ve been through it all. Being able to balance every aspect of running the day to day of a business is hard enough, without the challenges of trying to make your business more efficient and profitable.
Over the years I’ve found the best technology and strategic solutions to improve almost any business, while giving the owners more time to do what they love.
I advise Small Businesses and Start ups of all sizes, from local barbershops and illustrators and real estate agents, to health & fitness and technology startups. I’ve served as an Industry Mentor for National Science Foundation I-CORPS program, and created business development strategies to ensure the growth of small companies around the northeast.
In my Experience as a Super Seller for the Square Seller Community, I’ve written countless industry articles and answered hundreds of questions, helping thousands of Sellers navigate their businesses and Square Products. I’ve spoken on Panels as part of Square’s Self-Made Event Series, and presented at the Square office in San Francisco for their Lunch and Learn series on the Seller Experience.
I live Small Business, and I can’t wait to share my experience.
